Photostory: China's Wild West

I watched a photostory named "China's Wild West" online. The narrator is an American, and he talks about some places in west China which are very poor. He mentions two important people who are taiwanese, and transform some hi-tech to the poor district. They have a plan named West China Story, which ia s quiet tough project to make west China reacher.

This photostory has lots of pictures, and the narrator's words are very clear. In a word, it's a good photostory. You can really see the condition of west China. 18 students live in a same dormitory. They have no Internet, etc. Every picture is vivid.

In my opinion, there are a big gap in different cities. For example, Beijing can hold an Olympic Games, but in some part of China, Internet is a luxury thing. We really need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Thanks for sharing that photostory. Did you know that the title is a play on words of "How the West was Won"? I thought it was really interesting that students in this part of China are encouraged to blog as a way to get scholarships!
